Quick scans are executed for three cement plants with an inventory of the existing situation and proposals for improvements with respect to AFR’s (for example sewage sludge), emissions, installations, production capacity, clinker quality etc. Effects of the improvements are quantified and are very promising.

Optimization projects are executed for the ceramic and the asphalt industry.

Feasibility studies
A feasibility study is executed for the rebuilt of a plant for thermal soil cleaning.

Basic design
The basic design of a SNCR installation is executed for a cement kiln.

Intermediate to suppliers
Several AFR projects are in execution with a central role of IC&C as an intermediate between AF-supplier and production plant.

Project consulting and management assistance
A SNCR project for an alumina cement kiln is in execution and the technical design, built etc. are managed by IC&C.
